Knitting Needles Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed.

Today I'm hosting a giveaway for knitting needles!  These were handed down to me from another friend who was cleaning out his mother's home in hopes that I could get some use out of them.

Since I already have quite a collection of my own, I thought it was time to share the wealth with other friends who are still building up their collection.

Sizes up for grabs: Circular US 10 1/2, 29" long  /  Straight Needles: 1, 5, 8 & 10 (x3)

To enter, comment below with the sizes you are either lacking or already own along with a current pattern you are working on.  For additional entries (one per share), share this post via Tweet/ blog/ facebook/ Instagram/ Google+  and comment with your link(s).

I'll close entries by Sunday evening, March 15, and announce a winner Monday morning (16th).

So, what size knitting needles are lacking in your collection?

  1. How fun! Good luck to you knitters out there. I still need to learn =) Maybe once I finish my current crochet project I'll take the leap =)

    1. Hi Meghan, let me know when you're interested in learning to knit + we can meet on Google Hangouts for a virtual class! I'm currently tweaking the Page, but I'll have a list of all the class, supplies + projects I'll be offering via online classes in the near future. Perhaps you could be one of my first students?
Can't wait to see how your crochet blanket turns out!

  2. Pick me, pick me! I'm currently killing myself with working on brioche stitch. I own most sizes, but I'm really digging on those size 10 bamboo needles. Especially since they say Find a Cure, and that's my platform, as my Mom had breast cancer, and is now a 10 year survivor! :)

  3. I love to knit right now and I'm working on a small bag.. I could use size 8 needles. Thanks, for the chance to win.

  4. i could use the 10mm size needles; the circular is nice too. (fyi, replying to this comment will go to my email)

  5. Cathy S - that is wonderful! Congratulations to your mother!

Chickie717 - welcome! I love getting to meet new readers.

Craftsonthego - I love your name! Portable is one of my necessities in crafting. :)
